Moving out

The day the tenancy ends, the tenant must return the residence back to the landlord. If nothing else is agreed to, the residence is considered returned when the landlord has received keys and access to the residence. The tenant has from this point on no longer access to the residence.

The tenant for this reason does not have a right to return to clean or remedy damage or defects. The tenant should make himself aware of his obligations according to the contract and Tenancy Act in adequate time before the scheduled return.
