We are currently experiencing a significant increase in the number of incoming cases. Unfortunately, this is causing our processing times to become increasingly longer.

Average processing time

The Rent Disputes Tribunal has experienced a significant increase in case submissions.
We are doing everything we can to reduce processing time. However, the current average waiting period is at least six months from the time a new complaint is received until we can begin handling it. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely thank you for your patience.

Make sure that your complaint includes all necessary information Use a digital mail box so you receive our letters quickly Pay the processing fee as soon as you recieve the invoice
