You can, for example, attach documentary evidence such as receipts, invoices, photos, moving in/out protocols signed by the parties, valuations, damage reports, letters/e-mails and SMS print-outs, etc. However, please ensure that you do not attach more than necessary in order to prove your views about a claim. If you attach more than necessary or several copies of the same documents/evidence, this will simply serve to confuse matters.
This is where you can, for example, make suggestions about any dates on which you can attend mediation or ask any questions you have. The HTU is also interested in your views about its administrative procedures, e.g. whether or not its letters are hard to understand, and whether or not you would like more information, etc. It is important that you provide us with the correct contact details, including e-mail addresses, so that we can contact you quickly and provide you with answers, etc. Please let us know if you use Digipost or E-boks (in order to send you such digital mail we need your date of birth and personal ID number).
